Nestyfi is a mobile app that helps users manage their personal finances, budget intelligently, and plan ahead. We integrate with your financial institutions through Plaid to provide a seamless and secure experience. By using Nestyfi, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Financial Data & Privacy
- We use Plaid to securely connect to your financial accounts. Plaid enables us to read transaction data, balances, and other financial information necessary for our budgeting and advisory features.
- We do not sell your personal data or financial information to any third parties.
- Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
3. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must ensure that the data you provide is accurate and up-to-date.
- You may not use Nestyfi for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, features, and technology within Nestyfi, including our algorithms, designs, and branding, are the intellectual property of Nestyfi, Inc.
- You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of the app without our permission.
5. Subscription & Billing
- Nestyfi offers both free and paid features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected by the user.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through the App Store settings. Refunds are governed by Apple’s policies.
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
- While we strive for accuracy, Nestyfi's insights and budget projections rely on the data provided by your financial institutions via Plaid.
- We do not guarantee complete accuracy or real-time data.
7. Limitation of Liability
Nestyfi is provided on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for financial decisions made based on our suggestions, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months prior to any claim.
8. Modifications
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted in the app and on our website. Continued use of Nestyfi indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
